At the end of this training students will be capable of identifying the different user types and the report types. These, they will utilize to better target the reports to be created and delivered to the user community. Guidelines will be given to report designers and developers to create corporate, user targeted, easy to understand reports. With this information they will be prepared to describe the different reporting maturity levels in order to add value to the customer by raising up the existing level in a company.
